Taking to his Facebook account, he introduced his business saying music wasn’t paying at the moment .
” Life is hard and full of misery and I have given up. We can all see what’s happening, this Covid-19 pandemic has taught us a lot. I’m going to try out selling vegetables, including, potatoes, tomatoes. Will this work out guys? The music gig is becoming difficult at the moment,” he wrote .
However his fans chimed in the comment sections and pledged to help and support him .
The need for social distancing and isolation has lead to governments imposing total lockdowns and curfew to prevent the further spread of the virus .
This directive has served a blow to artists who rely on money from live performances to support themselves. In addition to that, club owners, performance spaces and venue owners depend on the revenue from ticket sales, food and drink purchases from artists fans have been affected too.
